As you wander about the cities of Albion you are bound to find someone with a grayed out present icon above their head. Use LT + Y to target them and find their interests, favorite emotes, and which opinion and where on the spectrum you will receive the present. Use your respective emotes to alter the opinion in question (Love/Hate, Fear/Funny). Once the icon turns green, press A while targeting them to receive your present and this achievement.
