Eugene is a ruthless serial killer who resides at the altermount lodge a shadowy retreat owned by the Leeman family. His erstwhile protector Johnny Leeman says he has the voice of an angelic cherub. He kills homeless people and mounts their head over the fireplace like a hunting trophy whilst feeding their remains to his pet mongoose. He is given shelter by Johnny Leeman and is even friends with his son Clayton Leeman. He supposedly shows remorse for his crimes but this is later revealed to be a lie. He wears his hair in an afro and has razor sharp toenails which he uses as a weapon. he is skilled at Jeet Kune Do and is an accomplished violinist. He is only defeated by Glen in a rematch when he has his eyes gouged out afterwards he dies by being fed to his pet mongoose he was seen smiling
