Dennis Taurer was a Sindar alchemist and engineer who wrote "Conversa Pnumae et Terrae" (Dialogues of Wind and Earth). This text went on to become the foundation of modern alchemy for scholars the world over. Kamandol is said to be a student of the Dennis Taurer school of alchemy.
