Dalaran mutants are level 2 mutant creeps found in the Ruins of Dalaran. Prince Kael encountered a group of Dalaran mutants in the first mission of the Alliance campaign. A Dalaran mutant may have once been a Dalaran citizen, but transformed by the Scourge or magic.
