Like most Goa'uld, Moloc was power-hungry, egotistic, and megalomaniacal. However, he seems to have been even more cruel than most of his kind. His behavior towards Ishta was sadistic and even deranged, as he seemed to find psychotic pleasure in personally torturing Ishta while repeatedly proclaiming himself her god. Unlike most Goa'uld, he also seemed utterly convinced of his divinity. Judging by how he ran his domain, demanding the killing of all women therein upon birth, his insanity likely had few limits.
