In the episode, he introduces Jeff to Slave City in the bottom of a huge shopping mall ship after being abducted by Roger's kind. Jeff was forced to get a job working at a shawarmas stand with Sinbad. He was seen with the emperor during Jeff's test of true love, which only shows his negative actions in the past. When Foster was about the castrate Jeff, he only finds out that it was the shapeshifter disguising as Jeff, he gets punched and falls into the bottom of the ship, where the slaves soon beat him. It is unknown what happened to him after the episode ended, it is presumably known that he was imprisoned by the slaves.
