1990's: Ulla is born. Paske's father was from Boston, while her mother hailed from Poseidonis where they have tails like mermaids. Due to having a human father, Ulla could only survive underwater for thirty hours at a time. Due to this limitation, Paske was raised on Upper Atlantis. 2014: Ulla helps the Justice League battle against Ocean Master.
