"Memories" is a song by Public Image Ltd. It reached number sixty on the UK Singles Chart. The song as it appears on the Metal Box LP is composed of two different takes that have been edited together. The difference between the two takes is noticeable due to the variance in the volume of Jah Wobble's bass playing. The A-side of the 45" vinyl single is an alternate mix of the album track that consists of only one of the live takes used for the LP. This mix has never been given an official CD release. The B-side is a version of "Graveyard" from Metal Box with vocals.
