The Jim Henson Company had belt buckles made as production gifts on select projects. A metal belt buckle featuring the logo of The Dark Crystal was given as a gift to cast and crew members that worked on the film. The buckle accommodates a belt up to 1 1/4" wide and was presented with a letter signed by Jim Henson, Frank Oz and Gary Kurtz.
