In Echo's version, utilizing his wind elemental affinities in conjunction with his Teiōgan Chakra, he is able to produce a massive cyclone with another major side-effect: as his wind contains immense dark properties, he is able to use his spiritual power to literally drain the life force out of someone, even aging them rapidly in the process. It is said that by the time one reaches the pinnacle of the tornado they are already dead.
