Exit 18 on the Henry Hudson Parkway is a small interchange in the hamlet of Spuyten Devil. The exit going northbound is for Kappock Street, which ends at Johnson Street soon later. The exit southbound is for the frontage road to its end at Independence Avenue. The northbound exit's entrance ramp starts the eastern frontage road.
