The Tatsu Tatsu no Mi has a wide variety of advantages. In full-dragon form, the user gains a dragon's strength, speed, armor like scales, and the powers of flight and fire-breathing. In hybrid form, these strengths are preserved, with the exception of flight: the user's stride becomes much greater and they can practivally fly when they jump, however. Aside from the standard Devil Fruit weaknesses, the user may also have difficulty mastering this power, making it impossible to breathe fire in hybrid form or to fly with a passenger. These weaknesses can be overcome with training, however. If the user is a swordsman, they will also find themselves largely unable to wield their weapon of choice in battle.
