A Bill Blaster is a black cannon that shoots out Bullet Bills. They attack indirectly and have a good amount of defense. If a Bill Blaster isn't taken out quickly, it will continuously shoot out Bullet Bills. The easiest way to defeat a Bill Blaster is to use an item or a defense piercing badge. It is unknown if they are sentient.
