[Source] Bloggin-oil lamps were a type of lamp that burned bloggin-oil as a fuel source in order to provide illumination. The residents of the village of Tuanul on the desert planet Jakku made their own bloggin-oil lamps, also raising bloggins from which the oil could be sourced.
