Toby Francis Henry Jessel (born 11 July 1934) is a retired Conservative Party politician. Jessel entered politics at the first election to the London Borough of Southwark in 1964. He sat as a member of the council until 1966. In 1967 he was elected to the Greater London Council to represent Richmond upon Thames, holding the seat until 1973. He was elected Member of Parliament for Twickenham at the 1970 general election, holding the seat at six elections before being defeated at the 1997 general election, with the Liberal Democrats taking the seat.
