The Northern Encampment, located in the Northern Forest of Serpent Isle, was settled a year before the Avatar’s arrival. Serpent Islanders arrived there by ship (The Emerald Lady) in search of gold and gems. At the time of the Avatar's arrival, it's controlled by Draygan. Draygan had caused the death of almost all the settlers, burned the ship and rules like a dictator over the settlement with his men, brutal killers. The camp is abandoned after the Avatar killed Draygan and his men.
