In 2295, when the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance conquered Vulcan, T'Shen was assigned as a slave in the Alliance construction corps. (TOS novel: The Sorrows of Empire) In the regular universe, there is a Vulcan commune known as the Followers of T'Shen. No relationship between that group and this character has been established.
