Dr. James Marcus, after the creation of the Zombies and further mutations, managed to create the Ogroman at Umbrella Africa Laboratory. Marcus decided to use the Ogroman as further acts of bioterrorism for the Umbrella Corporation as they are more dangerous than Zombies however fewer in numbers. Marcus found flaws in the Ogroman however he didn't plan to dispose of it and so planned to later use it in other situations.
