Although the Opening Street stage is very easy, the boss can prove to be a challenge compared to the rest of the stage. Using a Sniper with triple shot to outrange the boss is very effective. However, you are not out of options if you don't have one. With a Magician or a Gunner, you can use the Hit and Run Strategy to defeat the boss. Even though this is time-consuming, it is the easiest way to beat the stage. Another strategy is to place fighters on both sides of the boss in order to spread damage evenly. There is yet another option; hold one of your melees (or a Priest if you don't have any) up above the boss.
