Michael Bowden (born September 9, 1986 in Aurora, Illinois) is a pitcher playing for the Pawtucket Red Sox of the Boston Red Sox organization. In 2007, he played for the Lancaster JetHawks and Portland Sea Dogs. He was selected by the Red Sox in the 1st round of the 2005 Amateur Draft. Bowden began his professional career with the Gulf Coast League Red Sox in 2005, and advanced to the Greenville Drive the following season, also playing one game with the Wilmington Blue Rocks.
