Desmodium is an American metalcore band formed Illinois in 2005 as a side project of Eternal Guardians bassist Kieran Winestead, and punk band Kink++'s guitarist Alyson Peterson. The band also consists of drummer Lee Chase and bassist Mikael Mignela. The band are currently working on their first album due for 2010. On November 26th, the band released a song on their website (www.desmodiumband.com) called "Nine Hours", featuring vocals from both Kieran and Alyson. It was released April 1st 2010, titled "Desmodium: Temple of Decay". The band have been touring to promote the album's release.
