The Treaty of Alpena is a two part treaty and agreement between the Union of Everett and Union of Soviet Sovereign Republics regarding their stances with one another including a Non-Aggression Pact and an alliance with trade, economic development and military and defense agreements. In the light of recent threats from the Organization of Independent States and the Grand Yarphese Republic, including Yarphei's invasion and occupation of the Soviet Union's southern borders and establishment of the OIS-USSR Buffer Zone and the growing threat of Yarphei in all corners of the globe, the Union of Everett and Soviet Union found it necessary to put aside previous disagreements and allign for the greater good of global peace and security.
