The Windmill is a location in Harvest Moon: Animal Parade. It is in the district of Flute Fields and located at Horn Ranch. On windy days, you can grind Rock Salt, Sugarcane, Coffee Beans, and Red Chili. The quality of the ground products is dependent on the weather. You are unable to use the Windmill until you ring the Red Bell. You must ring the Green Bell in order to upgrade the quality of products.
