Wallace was a Sith Lord in disguise as an inspector who worked for Wade Douglas and would record everything Wade would do so he could have all the power he wanted. When he attacked the facility, he wore a gray mask and killed people as he looked for the main power source. Nobody knew who it was until he was killed while looking around for valuable things. When Wade removed the mask, he had a feeling of shock and awe.
