This item is highly believed to be the Small Girl's Cape that players could purchase for Gwen (Pre-searing). It used to be found after the Searing in the Stingray Strand far away from Ascalon, but seems to no longer be spawning. It is labeled by the game as a Quest item and is one of the items that may activate the quest Fire and Pain, obtainable from Gwen (Post Searing). In addition to this tattered cape, players can also find Gwen's Broken Flute. This item stacks.
