Evil Dr. Porkchop, also known as simply Dr. Porkchop or Mr. Evil Dr. Porkchop, is Hamm's wicked double in the 1999 and 2010 Disney/Pixar movies Toy Story 2 and Toy Story 3. He is an outlaw played by Andy Davis' piggy bank Hamm wearing Mr. Potato Head's bowler head. Like Hamm himself, he is played by Pixar's good luck charm John Ratzenberger who also played P.T. Flea and the Underminer man and later played Earl.
