A Kekkei Genkai is bloodline exclusive and in most cases is used to manipulate two natures at the same time to achieve what is known as an Advanced Nature Transformation. The Kekkei Tota has not been confirmed to be bloodline exclusive and allows the user to mix three natures together to form a Kekkei Tota-exclusive Advanced Nature Transformation. The only confirmed variant of which being Mu and Ohnoki's Dust Release.
