Gul Hadar was a male Cardassian. Hadar served under Skrain Dukat on Terok Nor during the Cardassian occupation of Bajor. In 2363, Hadar travelled with Dukat to view Odo. Hadar wanted the Changeling to take a position entertaining Cardassian troops.
