The golden spanner is a tool used for recovering lost durability on any component found in the player's Vehicle. The golden spanner will repair up to 100% of the component's maximum durability up to one full point for every use, essentially making it a repair kit that never breaks. It can be found included with the Tool Rack Lvl 3.
