Please note that there are links to national teams that do not take part in International Ice Hockey Federation tournaments and of three teams that are not member of the IIHF; those teams have nevertheless been added, for they have played other international games, be they friendlies or Asian Winter Games matches, for instance. In other instances, some teams, like Azerbaijan or Namibia exist only on paper, as there is no official ice hockey in these countries; however, as per their IIHF membership, those nations are also present in this page and throughout the site.
