Although Bloons Wiki chat is enabled for all to use, most users prefer using a Skype chatroom. The only requirements for joining are a Skype account, and the actual Skype application itself. Please be aware that chat guidelines also exist, despite being slightly covert: they can be generated using the /get guidelines command in Skype.
