The Vesper Dux Ultra-3 was constructed by the Ghishi Kraid Nemmeso. Nemmeso was unable to compete on the battlefields of his homeworld, and intended to use the massive Vesper Dux Ultra-3 to instead compete in podracing and prove his worth to other members of his species.
