Heisheng Jian is a Chinese Blade in Soulcalibur III. Because this particular blade is the default weapon in the Chinese Blade discipline (available exclusively to Bonus Character Luna and custom characters in the Sage and Sword Master classes), this weapon has no special effects. The battle style of the Heisheng Jian and other Chinese Blades are the same as Luna's, Hei Sheng Jian Su.
