The Laws of Seph is a legendary spirit stone for the Monk in Diablo III. It requires character level 31 to drop. It turns a Blinding Flash into an effective Spirit regenerator, refilling a considerable portion of Spirit with each cast. In the endgame, however, it becomes irrelevant, as most players choose Epiphany.
