Truck 3 was part of a four unit convoy of transport trucks transporting Confederate marines from Boro Airbase on Turaxis II during the Guild Wars. However, the convoy came under attack by Kel-Morian Hellhounds. Truck 3 was damaged, but at least managed to escape being destroyed outright, as were trucks 1 and 2. Private Max Zander was assigned to inspect it and see if he could get it working. He succeeded, and along with Truck 4, the vehicle headed for Firebase Zulu.
