David Evanston Paris was a Federation Starfleet officer on active duty in the 23rd century. Paris was born in 2236 to Valdemar Paris and Sharon (née Cicero) Paris. Paris and his wife were parents to David Paris, Jr. and Victoria Paris, fraternal twins born in 2262. From at least 2262 to 2268, Lieutenant Paris was chief of security on the USS Avenger, then commanded by Captain Melissa Sturdevant.
