The Mr. Scooty is an unlockable bike in Mario Kart 8. The Mr. Scooty is a small scooter looking bike that has a blue frame. It has long, red handle bars and a headlight set in front of it, aloing with a yellow, cushioned seat. The Mr. Scooty is one of the three vehicles that has the Mario Kart logo engraved, the others being the Sneeker and Teddy Buggy. It has poor speed, weight and traction, but has excellent acceleration and handling. Its stats are identical with the Biddybuggy and Landship.
