Even though all of the original marriage candidates are in Harvest Moon GB/GBC, there is no marriage in the game. There are a few special events with Ann that can be triggered. Picnic - Have a picnic with Ann and Eve on the last night of Spring Chicken Windex - At some point, Ann will come to you telling you she's lost her Chicken Wind Antenna thing. You can find it and return it to her.
