The top-stitched smock V. 1 and 2 with skirt gathered to lined bodice above normal waistline has lowered round neckline, patch pockets and front button closing. The dress has the new narrow shoulder look. The shoulder length of the pattern is shorter and the head of the sleeve is higher.
