Daniel Budd was the leader of The Calling, a terrorist group responsible for recruiting children through the Internet, all for the purpose of turning them into terrorists or suicide bombers. Budd continued his rampage before dying in Shanghai, China in May 2015 at the hands of NCIS Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo.
