The Rakkam Garoo Conflict was a war being waging in the Nine-Sifter System, which is also where the conflict is taking place at the moment. The Andalites joined the fray after defeating the Yeerks on Leera. This in many ways continued to shift victory towards the Yeerks stationd on Earth, giving them more time to enslave the Humans.
