When Inwirn found out in her base that Aino and Iruini had been spotted in the Tohunga Village, she sent an army of Fire Matoran to find and kill them. She sent them against the village where she believed, Aino and Iruini were. The battle was long and hard for both sides, but the Tohunga finally made the Fire Matoran to retreat. However, the Fire Matoran managed to kidnap the Tohunga Professor and a few Tohunga which they took to Inwirn's Base as prisoners.
