A technique invented by Reiko. By utilizing her Lunar Release and combining it with her Rasenshuriken, she forms an icy conglomeration of wind blades. Like the Wind Release: Rasenshuriken, this technique is thrusted into the opponent. However, this technique can be thrown when in Stellar Sage Mode akin to being chucked when the user is in Sage Mode. Once it detonates, icy winds with temperatures near or at absolute zero decimate the area, instantly freezing the surrounding area. The Solar Release is the only effective countermeasure as even the flames of Amaterasu are quenched with the ice of Lunar Release.
