Darth Litchter was a Sith Master who was located on a planet in the Unknown Regions. He was found when a group of clones and one Jedi fallowed a supply cruiser to the planet. Lithchter sensed the Jedi and knew his clones would be killed by the wildlife. He and two commando droids went to kill the Jedi. Some of the Jedi's clones where killed by a strange Creature, so only two clones remained. When the two groups found each other a fight broke out. The Sith and Jedi fought and Litchter was killed, the winners left the planet to get more reinforcements.
