Rachel Greene is a character first encountered in Issue 10 of Image Comics' The Walking Dead and is Hershel Greene's youngest daughter. Rachel is Susie's twin sister and also the sister of Billy, Shawn, Lacey, Arnold, and Maggie. Rachel is easy to identify because she wears glasses and does not have pigtails like her twin sister.
