Binding Tags (縛札, Baku Fuda) are scraps of paper inscribed with a special writing, centering around the kanji for "restrain" (縛, baku). Infused with chakra, they are used by Kusagakure's Police Force to stop others without excessive violence. When placed on someone, their body will become immobile, as if bound by ropes, leaving them unable to cause any other disruptions.
