Rash Orran was a Human Jedi Master and member of the Jedi Council of the Jedi Order. He is very informal and hates using titles or being called by a title. He is mostly seen as cheerful and makes friends with the younger Jedi. He is easy to talk to and believes in complete honesty. It is very difficult for him to keep secrets which cause problems. During the War with Darth Dude, Rash was a Jedi General fighting in the Unknown Regions and he remained there until 86 ABY where he was part of the evacuation team to get everybody off of Bakura during the attack.
