Project D-Code was initially begun in 2008 after the successful development of the Blacklight virus. Scientist created a new variant of virus called DX-1120. Individuals injected with this variant showed dramatic increases in metabolic rate, strength, and reaction times. Over 161 soldiers participated in this project without any casualties.
