When a Navy Lieutenant dies after being hit by a taxi while out on liberty in downtown New Orleans, the team investigate yet they can't seem to find any kind of motive for the death but the investigation grows tense when Loretta soon discovers that the victim was infected with the bubonic plague, prompting the morgue to be temporarily shut down.
