Melanie Rose Cutler, is a minor character in the Cutler Series, and the daughter of Philip Cutler and Betty Ann Monroe. She is also the twin sister of Richard Cutler, both Melanie and her brother only appear in the books Twilight's Child and Midnight Whispers.
